Apple paste is very strong smelling apple cinnamon flavor that will bring bears in from long distances.  The paste can be used to provide a sweet something on top of your dry baits or used as a scent attractant to bring in those big bears.  The paste is nice and thick so you can smear it on trees around your bait site.
